Early stage of a case: G3 supports clients in developing their case and legal strategy in litigation and arbitration. We help identify and gather key actionable evidence to support the client’s case, establish or challenge jurisdictions, establish counterparty’s asset positions. We also assist with analysis of documents and financial information with a forensic lens.
During proceedings: We continue to support our clients through the duration of a dispute. We help challenge the facts and arguments of submissions of the counterparty, find admissible evidence and support freezing orders, disclosure and other applications.
