We have focused on building a team that enables us to deliver globally and balance the complexities of evolving geopolitical and risk environments within the context of commercial practices.

A highly commercial and experienced team

We have attracted a team with diverse backgrounds, drawn from diplomacy, law, law enforcement, strategic and regulatory consulting, management consulting, government cyber agencies, and finance – including private equity, M&A advisory, and capital financing. Our team comprises a wide range of nationalities and collectively speaks more than 45 languages.

Our longstanding bench of Senior Advisers has typically held senior roles in industry, led large banks and law firms, or served in senior positions in government intelligence. Their advice is leveraged by G3 to support the delivery of more complex projects and on business development.

Peter Enskat

Chief Executive Officer

Peter spent over 15 years working for the British Foreign Office, with postings across the Middle East. He also served as the senior Intelligence Policy Adviser in the Cabinet Office. Prior to this, Peter was an investment banker in London and Milan.

Günther v. Billerbeck

Chief Operating Officer

Günther spent the past 12 years in operational roles for intelligence firms and global organisations. Prior to this, Günther worked as a diplomat with the UN and had economic and security-focused roles with the World Bank and NATO.

Kasia Maciborska-Singh

Finance Director

Kasia has spent over 19 years in finance roles, including 13 years in the real estate industry. Kasia holds a master's degree in accounting from University of Gdansk and is a fellow member of ACCA.

Anna Gumowska

Global Head of Investigations

Anna spent over 10 years at a prominent US investigations firm leading the EMEA dispute support and asset search team. Prior to this, Anna worked as a researcher for a leading broadsheet newspaper.

Kate O’Loghlen

Global Head of Cyber

Kate has extensive experience working as a security expert, with almost 13 years in government security and foreign policy institutions. Kate has run teams responsible for countering the most advanced and hostile state threats.

Louis-David Magnien

Head of Europe

Louis-David has spent over a decade in the strategic intelligence sector. Prior to this, he co-founded a global long-short equity hedge fund. Louis-David started his career at UBS and Credit Suisse working in M&A.

Goran Maksimovic

Head of Americas

Goran began his career as a litigation attorney in London before entering the investigations industry in 2010. Goran has managed a wide array of complex engagements including internal investigations, pre-deal due diligence and strategic intelligence assignments.

Ben Fouracre

Head of Japan

Ben draws from over two decades based in Japan working to support both Japanese interests overseas and investors into Japan. He has previously led the Japan operations of specialist advisory firms focused on the design and implementation of strategic risk and complex investigative assignments across a broad range of clients.

Michael Swaine

Head of APAC

Michael has experience conducting complex, multi-jurisdictional due diligence projects with a focus on the APAC region. Prior to joining G3 he worked in Asia-focused roles for the British government in the UK and China.

Sir John Sawers

Chairman of the Advisory Board

Sir John is a former Chief of the UK’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) and British Permanent Representative to the UN. He has held several advisory and Board positions, and is also a Visiting Professor at King's College.

David Cohen

Head of the US Advisory Board

David was the Acting Director of the CIA, having also served as Deputy Director on two separate occasions. Prior to the CIA, he worked in the US Department of the Treasury as Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorist Financing.

Michael Bevan

Co-Executive Chairman

Michael spent over 20 years as an investment banker with roles in both M&A and ECM. He was based in the UK, the UAE, and Hong Kong. Prior to banking, Michael spent time as a G2 intelligence officer in the military.

Nick Alcock

Co-Executive Chairman

Nick spent over 15 years working for the British government, with postings in countries across the Middle East as well as in the UK. Prior to this, Nick worked as an investment banker in London and New York.

Tim is a former Senior Partner at Slaughter and May. Tim now has a broad portfolio of non-executive directorships, is a founder of BCKR and a Member of the Board of Advisors at Chatham House.
