Case Manager – Enhanced Due Diligence – Europe Practice

We are looking for a Case Manager to support our Strategic Intelligence team working on projects across Europe. We are looking for an individual who is a self-motivated, hard-working team player who is interested in building a career in the intelligence sector. The role is in our headquarters in London.

The Role

  • Case management of enhanced due diligence projects across Western and Southern Europe
  • Management of human source enquiries to support and inform due diligence project work
  • Research of publicly available records and project managing analysts on research tasks
  • Drafting client-ready reports and supporting visuals
  • Briefing clients and other external and internal stakeholders on case work
  • Development of human source network in Europe, especially in the Benelux Region and Southern Europe
  • Drafting client-ready proposals and assisting with wider business development activities

Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language, including Italian, French, German or Dutch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for report drafting and client briefings
  • Four or more years of experience in the business intelligence or investigations industry
  • Experience in researching complex matters with knowledge of relevant databases and other sources of information in the public domain, and ability to manage analysts on a project basis
  • Expertise in at least one of the main European markets, paired with understanding of commercial and regulatory risks faced by investors in the region would be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at the same time and meet client deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
